Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Resolves (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (for example, account details such as email, profile and onboarding responses, decision descriptions you submit, and messages you send us). We also collect technical and usage data automatically (for example, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, log and diagnostic data, and how you interact with the Services). If you connect a third-party account (such as Google or GitHub), we receive information allowed by that provider and your settings there.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Services; personalize guidance and analysis; operate multi-model AI features you invoke; maintain security and prevent abuse; communicate with you about the Services; comply with law; and develop aggregate or de-identified insights where permitted.
3. AI processing and providers
When you use AI-assisted features, portions of your content may be processed by external model providers (for example, large language model APIs) under their terms and safeguards. We design flows to limit unnecessary data exposure, but you should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data you are not comfortable having processed by such systems.
4. Crowd and research use of data
Where we present aggregated or anonymized patterns (“crowd wisdom”), we aim to use data in forms that do not reasonably identify you. Research or product analytics may use de-identified or statistical summaries. Sample sizes and limitations are shown in-product when relevant.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics, email delivery, authentication, AI inference), when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger or acquisition subject to appropriate notices. We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly defined in privacy regulations.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data where applicable law allows; some records may be retained in aggregated or backup form for a limited period.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing or portability. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Services are not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
